Sometimes we are upset when we are trying to open a website because it's been blocked which is not included illegal content or unreliable local DNS Server performance and it's set as transparent in router configuration by network administrator.
So, we could use encrypted DNS request using DNScrypt which could be downloaded from this link. Because with encrypted DNS request from user, the firewall can not detect it and let it passed through.
Let's begin,
Extract the rar and move them to specific folder. After that, open the extracted folder and move to <Your Folder>\dnscrypt-proxy-win32 1.4.1\bin\. You will see some files like this picture below :

Click twice the file which is named : dnscrypt-winclient.exe and also run it as administrator. After that you will see this below user interface :
Check your network interface and move to Config tab like this picture below :
You could set the configuration on the droppeddown menu. I prefer to choose OpenDNS because it reliability.
Last, just click Install and click Start. Then, ta da.. your blocked website could be accessed again.
